Towards carbon efficient software

Every job is a climate job - regardless of industry. This is especially true of product. All product managers can measure, build or refactor digital products in sustainable ways (product development). There are also huge opportunities to uncover in moving your own business, and those of your customers, forward to directly address the crisis (product strategy and management).

Along with others in the Product community, I am passionate about reframing best practices to champion "the voice of the planet". For example, using a "Sustainability Square" for prioritizing effort, rather than the "iron triangle".

B2B SaaS solution supporting remote field workers with automated guidance, and connecting them to central teams for greater efficiency and transparency, and reduced risk of regulatory and reputational exposure.

Workflow for Legal Teams

2018-2022 | B2B | Web, RPA

Launched a workflow automation and digital collaboration platform enabling lawyers to serve their international enterprise clients more effectively, securely and flexibly.

Launched multiple 0-1 solutions via that platform, productizing the practice of law. Also known as "lawtech" or "legal tech". 


Established a freemium monetization strategy and grew subscriptions 0-100+ in two years.

 Launched a 250-year-old global giant's first mobile app. Coordinated over 40 subject matter experts across 30+ countries to build a product that provided essential, interactive advice to legal counsel during government raids. The app dramatically improved customer experience and reduced the risk of costly decisions worth tens of millions.

Sustaining innovation with M&A software

2018 | Enterprise internal product | Web

Productized a high volume, low value type of legal review in M&A due diligence. We successfully reduced the number of human hours and human error. We considered various monetization strategies, including "SaaS-ifying" and launching to B2B customers and other law firms. We decided to keep it internal as a margin booster. 

Co-founder of Kookü baking platform

2016 | B2C | Mobile

Co-led the discovery, design and development of a two-sided platform for bakers and consumers. Our mission was to empower bakers with a viable channel for selling their goods to consumers, and provide consumers with direct access to a high variety of high quality, affordable and locally-produced baked goods.

Alongside deep market analysis and user research, we built an intuitive MVP mobile app and pitched a pre-seed round.
